File Out of Protected Folder Notification
This article explains the notification Anchor users will receive when a file is outside of a protected folder.

Protected folders: Locations within the organization where protected content can be consumed. A file will not be consumable when outside of a designated protected folder. Examples include (not limited to) endpoint common user folders, on-prem network drives, cloud-based document-sharing services.
To learn more about protected folders, click here. The "File Out of Protected Folder" notification means that a protected file has been moved out of its protected folder. The file will not be consumable since it is outside of a designated protected folder. In order to consume the file, move it back to a protected folder.
