Installing Windows Redistributable

Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) 2019 or higher is required to run the C++ code on Windows Machines.
Step 1:  To check if Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable (x64) is installed, type "redist" in your windows search bar. If it is installed you will see the following.




Step 2: If not installed, navigate to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170 and download the most current version by clicking on the link highlighted in yellow.


Step 3: Open and install.




Step 4: Click "I agree" and install.


Step 5: Restart your computer to complete installation
