Save a Protected File into a Non-Protected Folder Notification

This article explains the SaveAs Block notification Anchor users may receive.
You will learn:
  1. What hybrid blocking is.
  2. What the "SaveAs Block" notification means.
Hybrid blocking is a feature that ensures protected and plain text content cannot mix.

The "Hybrid Block" notification occurs for one of two reasons. This article will be discussing reason #2 on the hybrid block notification, which is when you try to save a protected file into a non-protected folder. Anchor does not allow you to perform this action in order to keep your protected files secure.

If this notification pops-up on your screen, because you tried to save a protected file into a non-protected folder, then save the file to a different folder that has Anchor protection or add Anchor protection to the non-protected folder.
