This article will demonstrate how to manually install and sign-in the Anchor desktop agent for windows 10/11.
Steps
- Unzip the installer zip file you downloaded from the Anchor Admin Dashboard. You will find 2 executables, InstallerApp.exe and DAtAnchorSetup_v3.1.0.exe as shown below.
Double click on InstallerApp.exe and enter the Organization Name.
Installation will start and progress is shown on the UI.
- Once installation is complete, the following UI appears. Please click on
Rebootbutton to complete installation. Note: A reboot is mandatory for Anchor to function properly.
- Upon reboot, please sign in using the appropriate login method; i.e. OTP or Active Directory.
